Build your timeline

Add a dated report

Import the same Basatin map layout as a PDF. Review detected changes before saving.

Automatic comparison supports this exact map layout and the existing 1,638 tracked plots. New phases, changed layouts or unrecognised colours need a refreshed baseline. Nothing is saved until you confirm.

Your dashboard guide

1. Compare dates. Select a report and an earlier baseline. Cards, tables and highlighted plots update together.

2. Inspect a plot. Search its number or tap it on the map. The side panel shows availability, first recorded sale and status history. Plot 0037 is already on your watchlist.

3. Add future maps. Choose Add report, enter the map date, upload the PDF and review the results. Duplicate dates are rejected so your history is preserved.

4. Keep your work. Each confirmed import saves a dated CSV, original PDF and map image on your server. Download one CSV from Report history, or use All reports CSV for the complete history.

5. Back up the server. Use cPanel to back up the whole private folder. CSV exports contain status history; the folder backup also preserves maps, PDFs and account settings.

Report dates establish observation intervals, not exact transaction dates. Existing sold-by-type counts are inferred. Road construction, transaction prices and infrastructure delivery are not verified by this dashboard.
